Q: I know the URL and I can see my blog but I don't seem to be able to change any thing?
A: To change anything on your blog you have to sign on with your ID and password here: www.blogger.com
That
takes you to your dashboard (the control centre) where you can make a
new post, edit existing posts, add gadgets, delete blogs or even start a
completely new blog (click create blog)
