Posting a screen shot

Q: How do I post a screen shot?
A: Here is the procedure on a PC:
You will find a key [PrtScrn] between the regular keyboard and the number pad at the top. Press this.
This saves the image to your clipboard. Open your paint programme and paste the image there.
Save as a jpg file and upload like any photo

I tried this; but when I press the [print screen] button, a jpg image goes directly to my Picasa file: Screen Captures as shown here:
