Q: How to add a labels list?
Go to your dashboard and click on:-
1. design
2. add a gadget (scroll down to labels)
3. "+"
4. save (you can drag and reposition the new gadget)
5. save.

4. save (you can drag and reposition the new gadget)
5. save.
(However, before this will work, first you need to remember to go back and add labels to all your posts)
