Q: Is it possible to move a post to a 2nd blog within blogger ? How?
Yes, use the copy/paste method.
Go to this screen: https://www.blogger.com/start
1. sign in to blogger using your ID and password
2. copy your post (for transfering)
3. go to dashboard
4. create blog
5. paste
6. publish post
