Blogspot user interface is not very intuitive or clear. There are a number of situations where what should be the obvious thing to do, is not the right thing to do.

A team blog is one where more than one person can post articles on the same blog. No, you don't need this now; but it is good to know that team blogs are possible. School teachers use this feature to check school assignments from students (limit 100 students)
