Q: What is Google? How do they make money?
A: As far as I know, Google owns:
Gmail, Blogger, Adsense, You Tube, Google Chrome, Google Earth, Google Search, Google Documents, Google Groups...

Blogspot user interface is not very intuitive or clear. There are a number of situations where what should be the obvious thing to do, is not the right thing to do. Here I have some answers which I post recently on Blogger user help forum. I have answers for only the more basic, first time user problems. Pages
Q: How do I create a page?
A: On your dashboard, click on edit posts>>edit pages>>new page
A page editor appears. Create a title for your page, create the page, publish page.
You are allowed to have 10 static Pages. They will appear horizontally, as tabs under your header. The first tab will always be [Home]. You may choose the names for the other tabs e.g. About me, contact me, photos, recipes, my other blogs, etc.

Blog title gone!
Q: My blog title has disappeared. Why?
A: Configure header
When you uploaded the header image, you have selected the 3rd option: "have description placed after the image".
Your Blog title is there; but behind your image.
You can correct this by removing your image, upload again.
This time select the first option: "behind title and description"

A: You get the run around because of this fact: If Google agrees to delete your blog for you, just because you say so. Then they will become so busy deleting blogs that there is no time left for doing other things: e.g. making more money for the company!
Blog owners must realize that they are responsible for their own blogs and therefore must always make sure that they can sign on to edit/delete their blog. I don't work for Google. I am just another blogger like you, helping out on the forum. Problems like yours is very common:

Then you change the width of the side bar to minimum:

Adjust width to minimum.
