Sticky post

Q: How do I keep a post at the top of my blog? I want it displayed for a week and then let it drop into the archives when I don't need it anymore.

Ref:" creating a sticky post"
Go to your post editor and click on "post options". A new window will open. Change the date of your (sticky) post to 30th August 2008. This post will stay on top for a week. If you wish to make a sticky post to stay up longer, change the year to next year.

There is another way to make a sticky post. Use a text gadget. Drag it to the top of the page.

  4. Dyreen,
After you sign on to your blog, using your ID and Password, you will see a "pencil" icon under every post. Please click on that and you will be in the post editor.
When you are there, scroll down and you will see "post options". Click on that and a new window will open, allowing you to change the date or time. Publish post.
