A: There should be a link in your dashboard to request a review. Seems like the Google robots got your blog. You should read this and try to do the 4 steps, mentioned here, for getting your blog back:

You will not get a straight answer from anyone here because, if you are a spammer, you will learn (from the answer) what not to do in the future and continue your spamming! Google won't tell you what they are looking for, as the real spammers will also be watching for this and immediately figure out how to avoid being caught in the future.
On the other hand, if you are NOT a spammer, it could mean that the Google robots have removed your blog in error (false +ve). Robots are not well known for explaining why they do things. Either way, you will still not get a satisfactory answer as to, why your blog has been classified as spam and removed.
