Layout tab

Q:  I have lost my layout tab and i cant seem to get it back even after I have put up a new template.
A: There are two [layout] tabs:

The old [layout] tab has been replaced by the [design] tab:

template (2004)>customize>layout>design (2010)

The new [layout] tab is here:

Design>template designer>template,background, adjust widths, layout, advanced
