Header photo and title

Q: I want to make my header a picture with my blog title on top of it. how can I do this?
A: Header textsettings>>basic>>title>>description

Fill in the title and description.
Save settings.

Header photo
Go to dashboard. Click on:-
1. layout/design
2. edit (on the header) choose placement (behind text) and "shrink to fit"
3. browse (choose a large photo)
4. open (wait for upload)
5. save
