Use the same URL again

Q: I erased a blog address then I wanted to create it in another account but I couldn't. How long could I wait?
A: The assumptions you have made is not correct. Deletion does not solve any problem in Blogger. It merely puts things out of your own reach. When you deleted an URL (blog address), it is locked for 90 days.

change email = change owner (admin)

Make the blog in question into a team blog, with two admins:

Note: Please be aware that images posted by the previous admin may disappear from your blog if you remove the old admin. To avoid this problem, allow your blog to have 2 admins. Do not delete the old admin
